Our people

ASEBO invests continuously in the professional development of its team. We offer mentorship programmes, training budgets and a culture where knowledge-sharing is the norm, not the exception. Community engagement

With offices in Sofia and Yambol, ASEBO is part of two distinct communities. We participate in local technology events, support educational initiatives at universities and vocational schools, and offer student internships to give young developers their first step into professional software engineering.

Environmental responsibility

We are mindful of our environmental footprint. ASEBO promotes paperless workflows, encourages remote and hybrid working to reduce commute emissions, and works with cloud providers who have strong commitments to renewable energy. We are actively reviewing our operations to further reduce waste and energy consumption.
