Who we are

This Privacy Notice explains how ASEBO Ltd. ("ASEBO", "we", "us") — a software engineering company with offices in Sofia and Yambol, Bulgaria — collects and processes personal data when you use our website or contact us. ASEBO is the data controller for the personal data described below.

What data we collect

We only collect the data you choose to provide and the minimal technical data needed to operate the site:

  • Contact & enquiry forms: your name, email address, subject and message.
  • Job applications: your name, email address, the position you apply for, an optional LinkedIn profile URL, your message and, if you upload one, your CV.
  • Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and cookies (see our Cookie Notice).

How and why we use it

We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, to evaluate your job application, to operate and secure our website, and to comply with our legal obligations. The legal bases are your consent, the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example hosting and email delivery), and only as necessary, under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and a reasonable period afterwards. Job application data is retained for the duration of the relevant recruitment process and a limited period thereafter, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@asebo.bg. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
