The latest one, which brought us much joy, was the proposal and organization by one of our employees, who arranged a family team-building event attended by all the children of the company's employees. It was a wonderful experience for both young and old.
This was a great reminder of why our company culture is so special. Amidst the tranquility and beauty of the mountains, we gave ourselves time away from the daily grind to truly connect – without a strict agenda, just meaningful moments together.
For our curious children, we organized a program where they could learn more about the area. Combining nature, relaxation, conversations, and fun children's games, this experience allowed us to recharge, laugh heartily, and deepen our connections – connections that drive our team forward.
We visited the defunct "Spoluka" mine, which has been transformed into an underground mining museum, as well as the Crystal Hall with nearly 600 beautiful minerals extracted from the earth's depths.
